This workshop will inform you of the effects on your body when consuming sugar and grains. It will also give you an overview as to what the better alternatives are for healthier choices.

Led by Kate Cretsinger, CNC, a Certified Nutrition Coach. In 2004, Kate graduated from University of New England with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. She became certified as a Nutrition Coach by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2015. In addition, Kate has over 15 years of experience in the health & wellness field as a personal trainer, instructor and nutrition coach.
